Delivery

Standard Next Day delivery £2.95 (UK mainland only).

We offer FREE delivery for orders over £50!

Please contact us if you need a delivery price for a specific location.

We aim to dispatch all parcels within 1 working day of receiving the order. Orders placed by 2pm Monday - Friday are usually dispatched on the same day.

We use a Next Day Courier service and tracking information is provided by text or email with a 1 hour delivery slot. 

We use a signed for delivery service, so please ensure somebody is at the delivery address to accept the parcel. 

(During the run up to Christmas and other busy periods there may be a small delay in delivery times, we will endeavour to keep you up to date if this is the case.)

Cancellations and returns

If you wish to cancel your order please send us an email at sales@getthelookinteriors.com.  Your order may already be with our courier but we will do our best to cancel the delivery. A refund will then be processed.

We hope you are happy with your purchases from Get The Look Ltd, however if for any reason you are not, we can offer an exchange or refund on any item as long as it is returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 working days and we will do our best to arrange a replacement or refund for you.

With the exception of faulty items, we are unable to reimburse postage costs. We would recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting in case for whatever reason the parcel fails to reach us.
