Important Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel a contract within 7 working days starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a cooling off period).  Whilst the goods are in your possession, you must take good care of them. The goods must be returned in a saleable condition. You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty.  If you wish to cancel a contract please write to us or email clearly stating your full details, invoice number and cancellation instructions.  To cancel the contract you must give us notice within 7 working days starting from the day after you take delivery of the order. Once you have cancelled the contract, you have a legal “duty of care” to take good care of the goods.  You must return the goods to us at your expense to the address above. If it is more convenient we can arrange collection by our Courier; any cost incurred will be deducted from your final refund.  We will refund you the full amount paid for the goods less any costs to collect the goods within 30 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation.  THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

Custom made items – Goods made to your own personal specification may not be returned. Monies are not refundable once production has commenced. Colours may vary depending on monitor settings but samples can be issued prior to ordering to prevent disappointment.

Terms and conditions of Sale

All sales are subject to the following trading terms – these terms and conditions do not affect the consumer’s statutory rights.

Ordering - Ordering time – orders are normally processed within 24 hours in the working week.   Orders are not processed weekends, bank holidays and annual holidays.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason whatsoever.  No order will be considered binding unless and until it is accepted by us.

Payment - We accept all major credit and debit cards and Paypal. You must ensure that all details given for payment are correct including the full Card Statement Address. Your card will show a payment to Get The Look Ltd. via Sagepay Secure Card Service or by Paypal.

Title of goods remains with Get The Look Ltd. until payment has been made in full. All prices quoted are in £ sterling.

Availability - If the item ordered is out of stock we will contact you to discuss the options. If you do not wish to proceed with alternative offer then your order can be cancelled.

Product Use - Items are fitted at owner’s risk. We will not be held responsible for any damage to property caused by incorrect fitting or use. 

Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch all order within 1 working day and we use a next day courier service and 5-7 days rest of the world. This can increase during busy periods. Contact either the courier or us if you are unable to receive the goods. Customers will have to pay an additional fee if re-delivery costs are incurred. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or company if there is failure to meet estimated delivery date.

Returns/Refunds Policy

Refund Payments - will be processed back in the same payment format as the original purchase payment.

Faulty Goods - please contact us as soon as is practically possible. Some items may need to be inspected for faults before replacement exchange or refund can take place. Digital photographs of the fault may be required. Return postage costs will be paid for by Get The Look Ltd.

Get The Look Ltd. Packing Errors - All packages must be checked upon receipt and any shortages or errors reported to us within 7 days. Errors and shortages will be rectified as soon possible at no cost to the customer.

Incorrect Order by Customer - It is the Customers responsibility to inform us of an incorrect order made by the customer within 48 hours of receipt of goods. The goods must not be used or damaged. We will need information part numbers, etc, regarding the incorrect parts. A replacement will be sent if stock is available or you will be offered a refund, returns and re-delivery costs will be at the expense of the customer. 

The majority of the photos used on our website are our own however we may use 3rd party photographs in our blog. We do not claim ownership of the photos we post that we have credited. We try to do our best in crediting them properly. If we have posted your work and you are not happy about it please let us know and we will remove it asap!
